GCL Contractors Ltd has a comprehensive Health and Safety Policy and in addition employ Construction Safety Services (NW) as independent safety advisors.

To assist in maintaining our high standards and excellent safety record,GCL senior management and site managers liaise closely with their advisors and each other to continually monitor the safety of all our operations and the promotion a safe working environment which is an integral part of the operational management of GCL Contractors.

We are committed to the continual improvement of health and safety standards ,promoting a health and safety culture and ensuring participation by all employees with the use of toolbox talks and the attendance of appropriate training course's, for which GCL maintain up- to-date individual records.

As with most subcontractors ,we always adopt the requirements of our clients detailed safety policies which are site specific and work with regulatory authorities ,institutions and trade associations.

Health and safety training for all our staff and operatives is a continual ongoing process which we continually strive to improve in order to maintain the highest standards.
